Annual Holiday Banquet, January 8 at 5pm.

Dear Members of the Brooklyn AGO,

I write to you on the 2nd Day of Christmas, the 7th evening of Chanukah, and the 1st evening of Kwaanza.  Whatever holiday or combination of holidays you celebrate, I hope that your celebrations have been joyous, blessed, and full of good music.

One way that we, as a chapter, have observed the release of pressure following our varied holiday duties is to attend our annual Holiday Banquet.  This is a great opportunity for us to get together and unwind, share the joys of our musical efforts (and laugh at the slip-ups), and to have some drink and food.  This year, our annual banqet will again be at Eammon’s restaurant, located at 174 Montague Street, in Brooklyn Heights.  This is convenient to the R train at Court Street, the 2,3,4,5 trains at Borough Hall, and not too far from the A,C,F trains at Jay Street.

The cost for the banquet this year is $35.  Because we will need to have a count for the restaurant, please send an e-mail to me at gceaton@msn.com, and let me know that you are coming.  Please be sure to let me know if you will be bringing a guest with you.  If you can pay in advance, you may send a check to our Treasurer:

Stephen Danziger, MD
35 Prospect Park West, Apt. 12D
Brooklyn, NY 11215-0216

I sincerely hope that many of you will be able to join us.  These banquets are always fun, and your presence will make it even more special.  I wish you all the best for the holidays, and that the New Year brings you peace, joy, and professional and musical riches.

Happy New Year, and do plan to join us on January 8!

Sincerely,
Gregory Eaton, Dean
