BROOKLYN CHAPTER "BACH TO BROOKLYN" 2007--A BELOVED TRADITION JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER

Brooklyn AGO revived a beloved Chapter tradition with the return of BACH TO BROOKLYN. This year's feast of music and architecture took place Saturday, May 12, 9 to 5. We met at Flatbush Reformed Church, and concluded a long and fascinating day there many hours later. Andrew Dolkart was our well-informed and cheerful host.

This event was a priceless opportunity to hear Dolkart, a renowned architectural historian, speak about the wonders of Brooklyn's many churches...and to hear their organs being played...and to enjoy a "Bach's Lunch" and convivial friendship all day long!

Warm praise goes to Keith Bigger, who organized the day, and Sub-Dean Gregory Eaton, who has exercised such fabulous leadership in programing all year long.
