Dear Friends,

If you have been following your Bombarde in the early part of the year, you know that this is the 50th Anniversary year for the Brooklyn Chapter of the AGO. I am pleased to announce that your Board has decided to kick off the festivities by making September 11, 2010 our 50th Anniversary Day, with several opportunities for education, fun, reflection, and fellowship.

In the meantime, I hope that many of you will be able to join us for some or all of our planned events on September 11. There was an unfortunate error in our previous announcement. The price for the banquet is $35.00 (THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS), not twenty-five. The higher price is consistent with what was announced in the BOMBARDE and on the current program page.

Dear Brooklyn AGO Members,

This is a reminder of our upcoming End-of-Year Banquet on Sunday, June 13 at 5:30 pm at Eamonn’s. We are hoping to see many of you there for good food and even better fellowship.

In case you missed the announcement in the last Bombarde, I have attached a flyer which you may print out. It has all of the information on the banquet, plus a form which you may fill out and send to our Treasurer, Steve Danziger.

Please send in your reservation so that we receive it no later than Monday, June 7. We need to know how many we are expecting, so that we are prepared with food for everyone!

You will also find a link below to our ballot form. As stated before, you may print this out and either mail to me, or bring it with you to the banquet. I have only received 4 ballots so far, so I hope that means that many of you are coming to the banquet.
