A Virtual Roundtable: Navigating Church Bureaucracy
The goal is for participants to gain a better understanding of ways to create successful relationships between musicians, clergy, and parish administration whilst navigating a variety of “roadblocks” to our goals of creating successful and uplifting music programs.
Topics will include:
Communication with clergy, parish staff and congregation
Contract negotiation
Finance/Budget allocation
Selection of liturgical music
Organ/Instrument maintenance
Participants are encouraged to bring questions and/or solutions that they have encountered.
