The celebration of the 100th anniversary of the installation of New York City’s largest Skinner pipe organ continues with concert organist Gregory D’Agostino performing Rheinberger’s Organ Concerto in F Major with the popular Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra, Philip Nuzzo, conductor. The program will also include Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony.

2025 Members' Recital and Annual Banquet

The Brooklyn Chapter of the American Guild of Organists presents its annual concert featuring members of our Chapter in performance on the organ of St. James Cathedral. Following the Members’ Recital will be our annual banquet, which will be catered and held in the parish hall of St. James.

Join us for an afternoon of great music in a reverberant space, great food, and fellowship!

The concert is free and open to the public.

The spectacular & epic original version of Cecil B. DeMille’s silent film classic, “King of Kings” with LIVE SURROUND-SOUND accompaniment. Legendary silent film accompanist, Peter Krasinski, will play the theatre organ from the front, while Gregory D’Agostino will play special effects on the Skinner pipe organ in the rear gallery PLUS a live 25-voice choir.
